Welcome to Apna Bear - Where Every Bear Tells a Story!

Meet Reet and Vaibs, who are based in London, and are passionate about preserving and celebrating their Desi cultural roots. Whilst Reet and Vaibs are of Indian origin, they both grew up overseas (Reet in the US and UK; and Vaibs in the Middle East). One day, when talking about their backgrounds, they both remarked about how culture played such an important role in their lives growing up and wondered whether it was the same for the current generation of kids. 

That got them thinking - how can we play our part in instilling cultural pride in children? One thing led to another, and that was how the idea of creating soft toys that reflect the richness of Punjabi heritage was formed!
